 Sammamish has always felt like home to me. I grew up on the Sammamish Plateau in The Villages, and I still family throughout the area today.

My family moved to Carnation in 1997, where I still live today. Although I moved off the Plateau, I never really left Sammamish behind. Between family, friends, customers, and work, I've remained connected to the community for most of my life.

I entered the concrete industry at 18 years old and have spent my entire working career in the trade. Early on, I gravitated toward decorative concrete and, in particular, the challenge of restoring concrete that had become weathered, worn, damaged, or simply wasn't finished the way it should have been.

In 2007, I started Eastside Concrete Restoration LLC, which I continue to own and operate today.

Over the years, I've built my business around solving difficult concrete problems and restoring surfaces that might otherwise be torn out and replaced. That type of restoration work requires extremely detailed surface preparation, and professional pressure washing has been an important part of that process throughout my career.

Through that experience, I've developed an understanding of professional pressure-washing equipment, surface preparation, cleaning techniques, and something equally important — knowing when more pressure isn't the answer.

A large portion of my work with Eastside Concrete Restoration has been right here on the Sammamish Plateau.

Over the years, I've had the opportunity to work for many Sammamish homeowners, and a number of those customers have taken the time to share their experiences through Google reviews of Eastside Concrete Restoration.

Those reviews mean a lot to me because they represent something that can't be created overnight — a reputation earned one job and one customer at a time.

Many of the people behind those reviews are Sammamish homeowners I've had the privilege of getting to know through my work. Some have called me back for additional projects, while others have referred me to their friends, family, and neighbors.

That's the reputation and level of service I'm bringing with me to Sammamish Pressure Washing.

Starting Sammamish Pressure Washing feels less like starting over and more like beginning the next chapter of something I've already spent years building.

Sammamish is a natural fit for the kind of business I want to operate. I live nearby in Carnation, which allows me to keep a focused service area and spend more of my time taking care of customers instead of driving from one end of the Puget Sound region to the other.

By focusing primarily on Sammamish and the surrounding area, my goal is to be more available, more responsive, and more connected to the customers I serve.

I'm also not entering the pressure-washing business simply because I have a pressure washer and decided to start cleaning driveways. Professional surface preparation and pressure washing have been part of my trade for my entire career.

I understand that different surfaces require different approaches. I know that more pressure isn't always better. And I know there's a big difference between making something look clean and actually cleaning it correctly without unnecessarily damaging the surface.

Sammamish Pressure Washing gives me the opportunity to take the experience, professional equipment, attention to detail, and standards I've developed through years of concrete restoration and apply them to a broader range of exterior cleaning services.

Most importantly, I intend to run Sammamish Pressure Washing the same way I've run Eastside Concrete Restoration: do quality work, be straightforward with people, respect their property, and build relationships that last.

Sammamish is where I grew up. It's where I've spent a large part of my career working. It's where many of my longtime customers live.

And now it's where I want to focus the next chapter of my business.
